Objectives

To instil confidence in girls, Leora's focus is in the following areas:

• education and training of girls who would be denied access due to inability of finances
• mentoring of girls 
• nutrition and health  to prevent malnutrition

Leora's outreach is small but intense and full of engagement. Our priority is early childhood education and quality rather than scale. We have activities in Delhi and Bangalore. Our growth has been steady but not in an impersonal way.

We would like to raise the level of joy and engagement in entire communities. We lead by example. Confident and self-reliant future generations of women will follow if we create an environment of encouragement where girls create their own possibilities.

Leora Trust enables wholesome development and empowerment of girls by nurturing their innate capabilities starting from early years. By providing literacy and gender equality in education we enable improvement in a girls future socio-economic well being .
